would it be fair to make it harder to get a specific shiptype - based on the percentage of rule violations and players who tend to /ooc talk? (<-- usually the reason for being called a "lol-player" )

one might be surprised what class of ships suddenly becomes hard to get.

Hmm,and suddenly sabre's,and eagles become rare,and tridente's non-existant.
