Salutations there, Bretonians! I wished to extend a proper greeting from myself to you!
Quite recently I have found that the equipment I am currently using on my fighter-type vessel is a tad bit out of league with the enemies which I find myself facing. Thus, I hereby phone in for perhaps the chance to use some of your very own, sturdy-built, Bretonian line of shiny toys!
I have worked with the Bretonian government a couple of times in the past, and I must say that they were certainly pleasant experiences. As such, I thought that if I am helping the Bretonians out, I may as well use the best things that the Bretonian government has to offer. As a final note, it would allow me to blend in with the locals better than, say, an Orchid would (Which would happen to be my bomber craft).
Without further delay, I submit to the Bretonian Government the papers for such a request:

Your complete area of operations: Mainly Kusari, working for the Chrysanthemums there. Trips to Bretonia during times of calm in Kusari, and trips to Liberty for supply runs. As well, trips to the Taus, Omegas, and "Explorer" independent worlds (Magellan, etc.) for sight seeing.

The proportion of your time which you spend in Bretonia: 35-40%
Your main enemies which this equipment would be used against: Kusari Naval Forces, Kusari State Police, Samura, Hogosha, Gaians, Corsairs, Farmer's Alliance.

a) Kusari: Hostile!Heathenous oppressors!
b) Corsairs: Hostile. Dirty gringos!
c) Liberty: Neutral. Patriotic though, definitely.
d) Rheinland: Iffy on this one.... Neutral I suppose ( I really do not pay many visits at all to Rheinland, so I would not know)
e) Gallia: Eh? What is this about... "Gallia"?OH! You mean that French lot? Okay then, neutral/unfriendly on a count of never having visited them.
f) Outcasts: Neutral/Friendly/Passerby (They are allied with my main employer, so I see them as friendly. However, I do not spend much time with them myself, so their actions may actually lean towards neutral or even borderline unfriendly.)
Have you any previous history of working for or with the Bretonian Armed Forces or other Bretonian government organizations: Yes! I have paired up with the Armed Forces and Police Authority a small handful of times in order to take out Corsairs, Gaians and the like in months past (Most notably in an Orchid Bomber).
Describe in 100 words or less how granting you this equipment would serve the interests of the Bretonian Crown: As a Freelance Mercenary I shall give it my all to see to it that the enemies which I have stated receive the harshest punishment they could hope to endure! I would also work behind the enemy lines of Kusari, alongside the Chrysanthemums in hopes to cripple the Kusari war machine from the inside, as well as to display that the Bretonians do have ways to show their presence in the heart of Kusari, even in the midst of war! Finally, I shall continue to seek ways in order to lend aid whilst finding myself in the house of Bretonia.
