BHG / Core Split

Just to help point this out as I'm operating under this assumption when I make my comments. When we talk about Core we are talking about the original Core player faction that was amalgamated with S/D back in the past, not about the Core NPCs. That Core is indeed tied to the BHG ID but the Core player faction is pulling away from the amalgamation with a set of developing RP of their own. Could I be wrong? Because it is under that set of logic where it comes in which Agmen states that House BHG will retain ownership of the Guard system and official status due to it originally being owned by said house hunters.

Edit add: to those reading my posts and comments, no I'm not Core and not part of the decisions on any of this I am merely poking for clarification myself. There are questions being brought up that have subtle implication about the official status being able to retained if such a split were to happen. I'm also one of the ones who remembers who were the original holders of the official status before a major change was made.
