I can no longer dock at The Ring and Oder Shipyard with my Samura trader, despite having white reputation with Daumann (the base owners). I have docked there many times before.

There is some new message saying: "Access is Denied. Request to dock denied. We don't want your kind around here."

I have a feeling this is your doing. While my reputation is negative with Daumann, it is still white. See links:

Is this intentional or a bug? What level of reputation is now required to dock on bases?</strike>

EDIT: Didn't notice the new -0.55 rule. I was able to fix the rep and dock. So nevermind.
