Amendment to Fines for smuggling

"To all officers of the Queens Royal Bretonian Police Authority and to all traders wishing to trade lawfully inside Bretonia; The Penalties for unlicensed movement of weapons and relief aid have been amended; also the penalty for unlicensed transfer of Gaian Specimens has also been amended. I have listed the amendments below.

Officers are to take note of these new figures, and traders are to acquire licences to cover themselves from any unfortunate circumstances, regardless of your intention, the law is the law, and my officers will see that you are dealt with accordingly should you break it."

Military Material Licensing:
Nuclear Devices, Black Market Munitions, Light Arms, Plutonium, and Military Vehicles

Individual License: 10,000,000c
Coporation License: 20,000,000c
Fines: Officers are to use their own judgement for very low numbers of suspect goods. (less than 5)

Black Market Munitions: 1,200,000 Per 1000 Cargo Units
Nuclear Devices: 1,200,000 Per 1000 Cargo Units
Military Vehicles: 2,000,000 Per 100 Cargo Units
Light Arms (Over 10 CU's): 1,500 Per Cargo Unit
Plutonium (Over 2 CU's): 2,000,000 Per 1000 Cargo Units

"10 Units of light weaponry have been granted for internal ship defence purposes only, and the none combat containment and transport of a maximum of 2 Units of Plutonium has also been granted, any ships found over the limit will be punished to the full extent of the fines provided above"

Humanitarian Aid Licensing:
Human Organs, Pharmeceuticals, Luxury Food, Food Rations, Water and Oxygen

Individual Permanent License: 4,000,000c
Coporation License: 9,000,000c
Fines: These Penalties coincide with the Fines for breaking Leeds Embargo Blockade, which is 4,000,000c

Officers are to use their own judgement for the movement of very low quantities (less than 10) excluding Human Organs.

Pharmeceuticals: 1,000,000 Per 1000 Cargo Units
Human Organs: 2,500,000 Per 1000 Cargo Units
Luxury Food: 2,000,000 Per 1000 Cargo Units
Food Rations: 500,000 Per 1000 Cargo Units
Oxygen: 400,000 Per 1000 Cargo Units
Water: 400,000 Per 1000 Cargo Units

Water, Oxygen, Food Rations, Luxury Food and Pharmeceutical shipments are to only be apprehended if clearly heading North of planet Leeds or intending to head into the Taus without consent or a Liscence.

"While we admire people who work to help others in dire need, they should understand that any resources they move north of the blockade are likley to fall into enemy hands, be it the Kusari Navy, or the Hogoshan swine that have been plaguing Leeds of late. we will do everything in our power to see that this done not happen. If you intend to help in the relief aid effort, then make sure you have the appropriate papers at the ready when needed.
