As I noticed when the BHG pew'ed you I told you to accept an RP consequence which you are not saying to that miner.
Anyway,
Some people behave like idiots,
Some people play just for their fun,
Some people even play to disrupt other people their fun, just to have fun,
Some people don't give anything about anyone anywhere.

This why I started to give less about stuff,
Just doing my thing trying to not make people upset on purpose.
If they get upset I tell 'em why I did what and I'm off.
Playing Freelancer and being focused on...
"I'm gonna have fun now"
"I'm gonna RP this and people will RP with me"
that will just get you depressed.
Since the RP basis in freelancer lets you do just about anything there will always be people who do not agree with your way of playing the game.
Try getting as much fun out of the good encounters and leave the bad ones behind.
All this is also a reason why I fly light fighters,
You can only get killed in a 1 vs 1
I've of sooo many pew'ing never been killed when being outnumbered in my LF.
