Making DSE) Official, again

What does this has to do with going OOC and threatning players with a sanction?
Half of the server uses equipment granted by official factions via faction right no.6 following the tech chart.
If you are applying for official status you as the leader should be aware of this.

Rick here, The President and Vice President are on a well deserved vacation seems that radiation has been affecting them in more ways then one. Therefore with their permission I shall answer on behalf of them.

Firstly, the President is recovering from radiation sickness, is actions may have been questionable that night. there he was ordered time off until he has a clear head.

Secondly,
"Is rule-lawyering a standard conduct in the DSE?". Plainly put no it is not. as you see this one Person out of many. should incidents like these happen on a more frequent basis then you may start to question it by all means.
