Due to the continued requests from both Liberty, and the Britonian Governments, Rheinland has Decided to Turn over the five Phantom Prisoners to the Britonian Authoritys in the New london system. This transfer is to allow the Unrest on both houses to calm to a minimum, and these men stand for the Crimes against humanity. The Chanceller hopes that this show of Faith will help bridge the Differences between Britonia, Liberty and Rheinland.

Several hours ago a Communication was sent to New London, asking for a location for the Prisoner Transfer with a Britonian Battleship, no reply has come but we are sure its on its way.
