Hey everybody, this is Cameron Owens, Head of Human Relations!
Now, everybody calm down, I know what ya thinking, "Oh Dear god please don't fire me", don't worry, nobody's getting fired.
Yet.
The Liberty-Kusari embargoi is sharply increasing our burn rate, putting our corporate accounts behind the eight ball, and since Interspace Transnational Ship Design and our Base Construction Division are both trending over, we need some liquid funds, and CEO Sherman has vectored this problem down and authorized me to make this a top-level action item, to aim for improvements in efficiency across the piece and ensure we don't end up actioning any client asks with bad paper, or worse, end up having our CFO cook the books, or even worse....cost containment.
I cannot emphasize the criticality of this issue enough.
So i'm calling an all-hands corporate effort to work the problem, to prevent our bleeding-edge departments from becoming underresourced and undertooled, to increase profit margins.
We're going to be using our best practices here, we need to bleed as much money from our current contracts as possible in order to be able to get the brass tacks for our Ship Design Division, so we need to leverage our core competencies.
Now, C-level will be chasing down smokestacks, seeing if we can't bring in an top-level order, and I need the Security wing to shine up and get to Newark, and the Transport Division, you're being tasked to finish any outstanding orders.
Now, with all due respect, given past performance, I think everybody needs to make an above board effort to ring in, I don't want to have to call anyone out on the carpet fer being a clocksucker, or worse, a washup meeting after a division collapses and a entire department gets bounced. Nobody at Interspace is a sacrificable scrub.
I know, most of you are thinking, "What's in it for me?"
Well, when the new models roll off the line at an undisclosed future date, all of you will want one of these incredibly sexy transports.
So mark your planner for Sunday April 10, all day people. That's right, we're pulling multiple shifts and working overtime.
