How to test your connection using WinMTR (Bump)

I encountered this problem today. I was just playing and all of a sudden i had a major lagspike resulting in a game freeze.

Afterwards i sometimes could not connect or i lagged/ had loss, which i never have.

I have no clue about what is going on. It seems fluctuent because now i can connect and play, but with lag. and i dont like it at all:)
