How about Blood Dragon cruisers that fly around Omega 11 or Omega 3? Does that qualify as being stupid? Oh wait, but then why isnt the Blood Dragon Cruiser SRP too?

And who said that makes sense? I haven't see anyone who claimed it to be so. Also, that Cruiser (there was only 1 from what I know) was told to return to Kusari space long ago. And ever since I haven't heard anyone complaining about such actions from BD cap ships. So let's weigh it down, 3 Togos orbiting New Tokyo, 1 BD cruiser in Omega. Which of the two fare as more stupid?

You are making exceptions based on your personal opinion and not on facts. If we were to follow that logic 80% of the Battleships in the mod would be SRP only.

It is a fact that in the past, BD caps were used to do foolish things, it is a fact that inRP, these ships are very very rare, it is a fact that the BD cannot support many of them and certainly not for open warfare. So I don't see what you're trying to say? If I'm not allowed to state my opinion here, then what is this thread for anyways?

Not really. It was controlled by the admins, still is actually. The ]bd[ doesn't have to control Togo distribution, but -someone- should.

Make it public. Factions shouldnt govern which people can fly caps. If someone wants to fly a cap he should be able to buy one and have fun with it. If he does something stupid, then punish him. Dont punish him before he even gets a chance. And if you are too lazy to watch over what people do in your caps, then how do you plan on taking care of all the requests for caps that you get? Give me a break.

If you're once again referring to the Omega 11 incident, it was but 1 cruiser, and it was told to return to Kusari. Still, I believe it will be somewhat easier to control Togo usage by going through the request than watching over all indie battleships. Those who want it, will do some work for it other than trading.

And please dont start ranting on how it isnt inRP to have 10 Togos. Its a damn game, and in case you havent noticed 80% of Discovery is not inRP. Deal with it.

So I guess if something is ooRP, everything should be? I disagree, especially about things that can actually be kept inRP.


And I'd like it to be noted, that this is simply my opinion as a player, and am not only speaking about Togo battleships, but Spyglasses as well (along with some other possible options). If the community feels that I'm saying this to give the ]bd[ more power, I claim it to be untrue and am willing to let a third party control the requests. Also, seeing how this has a poor chance of being implemented, I have no problem with them going public, and was simply stating my opinion. No need to get all worked up about it.
