I'd believe that statement if it came from official ]bd[, since so far I haven't seen any problems with indies.
As player of the official faction owning Togo, I'd say to make them only ]bd[-approved or not public. I don't want to see any of BD caps anyway, since they're valuable and rare. And caps don't make activity.

Actually, akura is so stuck up in kusari RP that his word pretty much does tell whats gonna happen.

Well, BD cruisers are quite unattractive atm, so noone flies then.:P

And I know my opinion doesn't matter much within majority.

If BD indie caps would do something stupid, ]bd[ would have no power to deal with them (I assume), since I heard FR5's are heavily restricted atm.

FR5 are restricted because so many cried when official factions did what they previously was supposed to. Keep order and good RP... Nowdays official factions are but a shell of their former self. Their a title with no real power behind them.

Regardless of what you believe, the BD caps are public in the next version. The ]bd[ can choose to regulate them however they want.

I hope so too. ]BD[ is a faction that is roleplaying without stop. They dont lolwut around. Whenever i see a BD, theres bigger chance for some epic RP then meeting most of the other official factions.

Togo should be added as a tech permission thingy. If the BD faction allow you, you can use it. RAGARDLESS of your a Dragon or not. That ship, if it even is supposed to be more then one, is too rare to say "we got millions in our invisible storehouse for you to enjoy"
