Okay when do the Corsairs run out of resources to build more battleships than they have semen? The answer to both is never. Stop trolling about something you'll clueless about. That is possible, yes. However the NovaPG haven't been around since .84 if I'm correct. So this is as good as time as any to see where do we go from here.

I'd rather remove that ship altogether and grant the ]bd[ a pair of stolen/salvaged/whatever SRP Kusari battleships to avoid any discussion like the current one.

Please no. The Blood Dragons do have the ability to maintain several capital ships. I said maintain because I hold they're unable to produce more at this moment.

The Royal Guard that formed the Blood Dragons escaped Kusari in ships of unknown type (Kusari lore is full of holes), so there is a slight possibility they could have a 500 year old Kusari battleship (but what good would that do inRP). They perhaps did, or still do, have the plans, but the Togo is nothing alike the Kusari Sumo, because years of similar but different cultural, political and military development had an affect on its design.
