1. Where is Herr Richter? I was used to get ze information from him.
   
2. What's ze reason of reporting G.Maestrom? According to Article 3 §2.6 Interspace is allowed to transport Luxury Consumer Goods.
   
3. As you said, you won't interfere, why asked a RepEx vessel an Interspace ship to stand by?
