I used mine as an Outcast and as a Junker. Junker ID might be your best bet, with it's wide Zone of Influence and all that.

Other than that... well... It really isn't much of a ship. Turns slowly, you use Type 3 turrets, everything else sucks... most people consider it impossible to pirate within also. So, really think about getting something else. Also, Slaver ID last I checked allows for 5K transports. Check the tech chart for update on that tho..
