Well to say it this way, I sincerely doubt you just want this for the RP usage. You want krakens on Chimeara's and Wraith's, or something even better.

You already got the nomad guns, which are slightly different then the krakens, and seeing the amount of users playing outcast, I think it may be a safe bet to say that many outcast players are also Wild players. Therefore, I surmise, you want to use that beloved particle cannon on all your ships, but you can't, so you give it a new name, ask for it.. then go "F U techchart!".

Logic failure. I don't know of anyone in either faction in the Outcasts.

They would be similiar to Krakens in gunspeed, range, and damage? - Yes.

They would have somewhat similiar gunspeed to the guns you already use (human ones)? - Yes.

As you can see, with the refire rate of the hornvipers and the refire rate of the Wild hybrid guns especially come to mind here, as you can see, this would be an extremely good alternative to use with hornvipers.

And Vrabcek, to say it this way, it seems the proposed "rp" there is nothing but bull**** made up in order to get better guns..

But, in the vanilla campaign, the LSF proved to have taken to use large quantities of nomad inspired technology. Why don't they have Nomad energy blasters, or these "adaptations"?

And monkeys can replicate every single thing humans do, and parrots fairly much of what we say, we don't need to understand it, but you can still use it. Like.. most people use a laptop, but fairly few understand how it actually works.

My point beeing, you wouldn't need to be a nomad in order to use the technology and replicate the basic operating principles.
And finally, regarding the guns and pvp, honestly, do similiar gunspeed help with accuracy? yes? Does high damage and low use of energy help in pvp? Yes?

I seem to recall somewhere you said that you didn't actually want people to think that, and you wanted people to try and go according to lore regarding that the nomads didnt want to whipe everyone out?

Nobody can force a type of rp upon you, if you choose the pvp-ish approach, it's your decision and you shouldn't blame it on the rest of the community.

Here's my POV. DW can kill things with whatever guns we decide to use. It's not the guns, it's the teamwork/skill. Getting Wild guns is just like the LN getting their own guns. Are they going to be used for PvP? Yes. Will this cause DW to RP less or suddenly force us to enter a "Golden Age" ? Probably not. But they'd remove one of the (doh) things about playing a Wild character.

If this was the LN proposing to get their own gunset, and they currently only had Liberty Civilian, would everyone be whinging this much?

I read DW there as Darkwing. (Anyone remember them?)

all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.
