Encryption levels suggestion for roleplay transmission forums*

Oh sorry I get carried away sometimes and leave out the punctuation.
Basically having different levels of encryption and having people (factions) that could hack the encryption of those that are around them, would lead to good and quality roleplay via information brokering.

For example let's say that Freelancer Ted wants to send an encrypted message to Bretonian Government and he does it from a Junker's base in Trafalgar because sending a weak transmitting from his ship would be readable by all.

So in this case, a official Junker faction that has their roleplay settled in Trafalgar would know the details of this information and could abuse it or charge Ted with some credits for their secrecy. After all, it would be wise if they kept it on the low because that means he would come back later.

That sounds like a great idea, but sounds like it would involve the trust of everyone on here and hope that a newbie doesn't make a character in that faction and ruin it.
Though I suppose in that case transmission hacking could be run by the faction leader.
