"I must say Mr Ericson.. your story is somewhat disturbing to me. You openly admit being a criminal at some point within the confines of a known criminal organisation yet attempt to join the ranks of the police here in Bretonia...

This is a most disturbing matter indeed, however, if you are sincere about wanting a second chance in this galaxy I’m willing to give you that one chance... But know this, if you are caught doing anything untoward during your time here, you will be put in Newgate forever, and I will personally see to it this is acted upon.

1. You will not be allowed within or around the grounds of The Hub, the police main headquarters in central New London.
2. You will collect your equipment and effects from Durham Border station in Leeds, and operate to and from that base.
3. You are not under any circumstances permitted to enter Poole.
4. You are to undergo a strict rehabilitation regime, failure to turn up to a scheduled session will result in instant dismissal.
5. You are not permitted any destructive weaponry aboard your craft, you will mount Debilitators only aboard your vessel.
6. You will report to Inspector Hughes for inspection wherever possible, and have him oversee your activities.

"Provided the above is perfectly clear, that will be all Mr Ericson, dismissed."

He sits back in his chair and stairs out of the large windows into the rain, "hmm... I’m too kind really...". *sighs and focuses on the second Item.*

"Good day Mr Rann, I see you are a experienced freighter pilot, the Commerce Control Division is likely in need of good pilots for their sorties against the ever increasing numbers of smuggler vessels in our space, I’m sure should you join them you will be briefed further on that.

You are quite right, things are much worse than the news would have you believe, things are dangerous out here, and I respect your decision to take up the courage to join us.
