Silves here again.

It was a busy night in Shikoku. Between Seamus and I we have complete logs of everything that went down both on recorder and guncam. However, the flight was quite hectic at times so I'll put down what I recall.

First Seamus managed to stop a USI mastodon and his escort hauling silver ore for Narita. There was a heated if cordial debate about our right to stop them, being Libertonian and reasonable allies of the Crown. In the end, Seamus and I applied a token tax to the vessel. It won't cut their profits too badly but should make them think twice before running into Kusari. Command should expect communication from USI over this, which we were threatened with multiple times. Command guidance for future encounters would also be appreciated.

The next ship encountered was an Omicroner, clearly hauling goods from a Zoner base outside Kusari to Ames Research Station in Kepler. We quickly waved him through as a Samura vessel appeared at the same time. Concentrating on the Samura vessel, we got him to quickly relinquish his cargo.

Next, the USI vessel Boston appeared. Captain Denny was polite and as a bonus was breaking the Kusari embargo by hauling goods from the GMG in Okinawa through to Liberty. With the recent opening of hostilities between the GMG and Kusari, Seamus and I waved Captain Denny through.

Almost right after a freelancer in the Liberty Ale arrived. He was hauling engine components. The man was thoroughly unpleasant and refused to give up his cargo. Finally he resorted to some sort of device in an attempt to hide his ship so we destroyed his vessel.

Finally, the Interspace Commerce vessel Deliverance appeared hauling a full 5000 unit load of optronics from Honshu. Again, here was a friendly corporation doing trade with our enemy. For want of a better solution, we levied a tax against the Deliverance, which he paid in full. Hopefully the captain will take his trade out of Kusari in the future. Again, any guidelines from command for these situations would be appreciated. Without, I will continue exercising my best judgement for the Crown.

A hectic night, and as I flew back in to Ainu I sincerely regretted their lack of decent pints.
