The Isejin never agreed to limit the guns, from what Boss says Das Wilde never agreed to limits.

AoI agreed to limit guns, I have skype logs of conversation with Exile about it and less than a month ago Akura said this:

Das Wilde was started on the premises that they won't use more than 50% nomad guns and it was in their faction status thread right until the "new" leadership finally managed to remove it and make a new post.
