Freeport 14 is in Yukon. There is no Freeport 12. There's no FP3, FP8, or FP13 either, as you mentioned. Never did understand what happened to those Freeports. Also, Goddess's name is Eris. How could you forget, O Agent of Chaos?!
As for the names themselves, I don't think it's such a good idea. When we crate new bases, we still use the old vanilla-standard of naming them after places on Earth. Having flowery names for the Freeports would throw that off. That fact alone might not be such a bad thing, but that naming-standard keeps us from picking out over-the-top or it-seems-awesome-but-it's-actually-lame names for our stations. "Cradle of Tranquility" and "Corona's Pride"? That's... cute, but that's trying too hard.
I've always liked the numbers. It's an interesting change of pace from most of the other bases in Sirius, but then again the simple numbered bases don't really fit the mood that Zoners in general seem to have. Maybe giving them proper names would make them feel more welcoming (and perhaps easier to remember), but nothing too fancy.
