Council VHF

Right, A while back I posted in the comm thread a request for Council VHF - which despite being told by others was probably a bad move, I ignored and went ahead with it anyway - end result, it was quickly pushed down the ranking and therefore missed by any would-be engineers. So. Here is a non RP request for the ship modelers of Disco to come up with a VHF for the Council. We will pay 500 million for the completed work.

What we'd like is a vessel that blends in with the current ship line - but only to a degree, the hope is, we could get a more modern design and explain it as the Councils first solo designed and manufactured vessel - so it doesn't have to look like a rust bucket. Please.

Obviously we're not expecting this to be shoe-horned into the next mod, but if we get a design ready now it might make it easy to get the ship implemented into future mods or updates.
