Subject: Fining of the Silvermist

It has been brought to my attention that the Battlestar Silvermist was fined for the transportation of Nomads. Be advised that the Silvermist has for sometime been licensed by CRI for the aquistion of Nomads for our research defending against their continued Nomad advance into Sirius. Although, RM may have other reasons for issuing the fine, if the transportation of Nomads was the sole reason then an appology should be made to the Silvermist and the appropriate funds returned. Licensed vessels are advised that when asked regarding their license to direct questioning personnel to the appropriate documention (refer them to the license page or if convenient the link in my signature, in most cases simply saying "you've got a license from CRI" should suffice). If there are concerns regarding the Silvermist's possession of a license, contact us immediately with the appropriate information via PM, otherwise the ship remains a licensed carrier of Nomads.
