I was transferring equipment between ships and stumbled across an Outcase Tridente named Sting committing acts of piracy in Manchester. Since I had left my Orca in New London, I was able to quickly move to the system. As soon as I jumped through the gate, the pirate helpfully shot the tradelane ring to prevent his own escape. Then I ended the foolery.
I can provide a comm log showing the piracy attempt, however I prefer not to splash the victim's identity in this channel, so please request it on private comms if needed.
