hey its a Good idea to create a faction named CoM = Cartel of malta?
CoM Smugg to help outcast have a better fleet. but at the same tim it has another goals:D:

1 goal ) Protect Smugglers from lawfulls
2 Goal ) Exterminate the corsairs! ( they are canibals D: )
3 goal ) create a new fleet
4 goal ) help new gammers to smugg with cardamine
5 goal ) Expand cardamine routes

Next are the rules :

1 R )Will protect all smugglers that hel the outcasts
2 R ) willl be always ready to covat to help the 101st and the XTF
3 R ) wll not attack BAF,BPA...just in self defence
4 R ) will not pirate bretonia corps
5 R ) Attack at once who helps the corsairs
6 R )Not attack the RF or RHA
7 R )will not attack ( wildes , phantoms , nomads ) just in self defence
8 R )Respect the ranks of the Faction:D

Recruite.
Nuggets
Sargent 1 and 2 class
captain 1 and 2 class
Colonel
Comander
Almiral
Fleet almiral
