Mining with non-mining ship combinations and hitting with a non-mining turret is again possible although at a greatly reduced rate. Yes. I read that part. So I went and tried it. Evidently neither of you did. A fresh /restart CSV in the helium cloud gave me 0 helium in two minutes of shooting rocks.
