No more submissions for 4.84

I can no longer accept submissions for 4.84. It's uncertain how much time will be necessary to beta test all features and ships that were already added. If any more submissions will be sent to me, I'll have to delay them until 4.85. Therefore, I'd suggest everyone who has unfinished work to take a time and complete & improve what you were doing. And submit everything several months later.

The only submissions that I will accept are:
- Dab's fixes for the Zoner clan system;
- Mal's instructions what to do with Baffin;
- dude42's fixes for the ship he submitted. Also, any other fixes for pre-existing ships done by their makers (if hardpoints remain the same).
