I find the term 'Friday' offensive after the horrid song Rebecca Black has written, yet the user is not banned due to this offense. Why not can be easily explained by the rules:

3.5 Names of new characters should be set up with role-playing nature of our server in mind. This means that:

- Names should contain no swear words.
- Country of player origin must not be used in character names.
- Names with excessive use of random symbols, capital letters, numbers, symbols, leet speak, emoticons should not be used.

As you can see, the rules cover swear words among other things, but not the nervous shock caused by song writing. The same applies to playing puns on middle-eastern terms.

Accidental or not, you're violating rules, Joe is not.
