It is the Decree of the State Duma of the Coalition, and the will of the Ikon of Ikon's Premier Katz that all gunboats belonging to the Coalition Register here for recognition, transit purposes and commissions of war.

Deployment of the Militsiya Fleet Gunboats

Due to the mobilization of the Coalition Reserve Fleet by the will of the Premier, the popular "Storm" class Gunboat is being mass produced as we speak. Since the influx of these new warships exceed the current number of gunboat captains, the Coalition Primary Fleet calls all able pilots to step up to the plate and become part of the Revolution. By the order of Colonel Juan Coronel, Commissar of the Coalition Militsiya Fleet, all pilots who receive the honor of flying the Storm Gunboat must register their vessel in this comms frequency.

Objectives:

[color=#FFFFFF]All Militsiya Fleet Gunboat Captains will follow the model of the Primary Fleet in terms of tactics, operations, and any other aspect of the Coalition ways. Your primary duties includes, but are not limited to:

• 
  
• Upholding the Coalition Law
  
• Acting as loyal soldiers under the Commissariat, the Duma, and the Ikon.
  
• Dedicating yourself to the ideals of the Coalition and the Revolution.
  
• Protecting citizens and the common man from both pirate attacks and government oppresion.
  
• Standard systems patrols (Omega-52, Omega-50, Omega-5, Rheinland, Bretonia, and any other systems around Omega-52). [check ZOI]
  
• Serving the Premier and the Coalition by not wasting unneeded resources. (I.E. Do not attack a lone enemy fighter that is already engaged by a Coalition squadron unless ordered otherwise)
  
• Escorting certain ships when needed

By signing this registry you do solemnly swear to uphold the laws of the Coalition, to perform your duties for the Ikon, as the hand and sword of the People. You will defend the weak from those that prey upon them, pirates and terrorists both. You shall not abide the smuggling of drugs or people throughout Sirius. And you shall always act as loyal citizens under the Commissariat, the Duma, and the Ikon.
