If I remember right you offered the croissants, I didn't ask for them:PA simple question about where to deliver them would have avoided some problems, tho' I remember telling you do send them to Cadiz.
Gamma is a sensitive place and it's best to ask someone before you go there. I guess you can use Cadiz for shipments to the Empire but before you do anything else you should have a talk with the Council and stay away from Gamma until you get a formal invitation.
