Indies; why do we need them/what is good about them?

Indies are an absolute necessity to Disco, we need them because the server would be dead without them. I play both as an Indie and a Faction player. I'm certain the majority of faction players have Indie chars as well. I would be pretty vocal if Disco became faction-only.

First of all, we all have started as most indie and we were "lolwuts" kay? Indies also important because of the activities,if there is no them, everything would become *too* serious, maybe even bored.
