Most caps who actually RP dont shoot fighters unless:

1: Specifically equiped for anti-snub
2: Being shot at and trying to wreck thier aim.

And lets not forget the dedicated turret slots,next mod. Usekess if that rule is put into place.

You can beat caps with better numbers and pilits. Just get the help.
