Gentlemen, there seems to be some confusion about the policies at Rochester Base. We do not like capital warships of any kind docking there. It tends to be very bad for business. In the past I have given clearance to a few select captains who have convinced me they can do so without causing me trouble. If you have not been given permission by me then your capital ships should not be on Rochester.

Now then, Rochester is our home. When a crowd of destroyers shows up and starts shooting anything that moves that'€™s just rude. When they are asked to leave and they refuse stating they can refuel anywhere they want, that'€™s just disrespectful. I want you all to give me a reason for you to be allowed anywhere near a Junker base after that kind of disrespect.
