9. Only higher ranked members of the Omicron Armed Forces and no one else may give you orders. This means that the Order cannot actually order you about. - Correction, Order| fleet admiral and his second in command can.
10. If there are 2 or more members with same rank they should work cooperative and make decisions together if they cannot decide on something they should ask a higher rank. - Proposing who holds ranks longer lead but it's your faction

3. Firing upon allied vessels. (Adm.) - wha?

5. Escorting allied vessels. (Cpt. Cmdr. Adm.) - why ensign can't do this?
6. Escorting neutral vessels. (Cmdr. Adm.) - same
7. Escorting hostile vessels. (Adm.) - It's bit weird too
8. Hunting Nomads, Wild, Phantoms or Possessed. (Cmdr. Adm.) - What about hunting any of them on sight you mentioned somewhere else?
