When I was reading this, an alarm had gone off. Guess what kind of an alarm it could be.

The Omicron Armed Forces

With the ever increasing threat of various other Factions around Sirius and in the Omicrons, the Order couldn'€™t concentrate on eradicating the Nomads. So the Order decided to make a group of people who would focus on protecting the Order and the Omicrons from any threats.

Should that be true just because you wrote it like that? What if everyone went about doing business the same way? Or did someone who represents The Order proper agree with this?

Well, like it says in the post. The Order is a group of people that's main focus is to destroy and aliens such as the nomads. The Omicron Armed Forces is nothing to do with that, it is about protection of its allies. It is a bit like a police for the Omicrons but doesn't have to obey the laws. If you wanted to become a more free police then this would be ideal as you aren't actually lawful, but semi-lawful not needing to obey many laws.

We don't just work for the Order, we work for ourselves, Zoners and various other allies in the Omicrons. When I say work for I mean we help them not they give us Orders.

Please listen to a few words of experience. The following is a very bad idea:

"We are going to use stuff of faction ABC (ID/technology/IFF or combination thereof) while in fact we are not at all part of that faction. The reasons for this are XYZ (and because we want to)."

I'm not saying it's impossible (such silliness has happened before, and not just once). I'm just saying that you might not like where that path will lead you. It might as well turn out that the Order doesn't want you to do what you wrote you'll do, effectively contradicting your fancy script and placing you at the wrong end of the wrong gun. So I suggest you get some diplomacy going first, and establish some support for your proposed group.
