Circumstances: The Xeno was stopped by a Navy Patrol and they try to ge information from him. As he could not give the wanted informations they gave me the instructions to execute him. To that Lane Hacker, i was on patrol through the Detroit Scrap field as i get under fire from 2 Lane Hackers, i could kill one but the other was running.
