System camping.

In Gamma today I took Igiss' advice and tried to fight Vladic (A.K.A. Damned) out of the system. after we both died (at that point the same amount) TG Marauder came and aided AW in attacking the Phantom. This is when the death count started to change. And no this isn't about me killing him more just read the whole thing. After about another 4-5 fights all of which me and Marauder won Crimson Vo joined in. another 2 fights they both lost. Me dieing in 2 of the last 6-7 fights. Then AW-J.Rolaf and TG Titus also came and we started talking while I asked the Phantoms to remove the characters they put in Gamma (then they havent used them when I am on so I can't fight them out of the system [this being what I call system camping]). Then Darkstar came and Crimson Vo declared it a fight between the factions of Crimson and AW. Though he claims it wasn't a declaration of war fight but them helping out the Phantoms. We had a battle there that Kane, Damned, and Vo lost. After that I asked them to leave again. Vo said that I had one this round and would go and decide with the rest of Crimson whether to declare war (though I think I'll beat them to it, it kinda pissed me off). But after the battle Damned just switched to his TDK char and has ignored me since not even responding.

So all I am saying is that the Phantoms shouldn't have the right to put there characters in AW territory then switch characters and refuse to go back while I am on because they don't want me to kill their chars and try to get them to leave. Do you think it would be fair if AW was at war with RM and we just docked everything in New Berlin and denied any requests to get them out. Plus we should be allowed to treat Phantom like other factions and be able to declare war, as they have over 6-8 members and do have a "temporary base of operations." Which is just another way of saying that that is their system. Currently I believe Virus, Kane, and Damned have ships in AW territory and will not leave even though we beat Damned about 9-11 times. This goes against everything from a RP point of view too. If you are killed your dead. If you are killed alot of times your really dead and shouldn't be in the system you just died in.

In my opinion Phantom is abusing their power to not be forced out of systems, and that it is an unfair rule to the other factions. This issue hasn't come up with the other factions yet because Phantom hasn't moved 8-10 characters into their systems and repeatedly ignored requests to leave, even when asked politely.

And again it wasn't my idea but Titus said to take it to the forums.
