You didn't mention that I got tired of your requests/orders (whatever you want to call them) to crimson and the phantoms to leave and blasted you myself  :cool: . I then put my cruiser on tripoli and switched characters. 

I only went to help dab because I though he was just doing his 'Hunt the Phantoms' RP thing.  :$

Next time I'll leave any AW players getting attacked by Phantoms or pirates to deal with it themselves.  :sleep:

First whether I was doing the hunt the Phantoms thing or trying to get them out I still would have kept attacking till they left. As it is called "hunt the Phantoms" I would hunt them till they weren't near me anymore...

3) This server allows free PvP. If Dab or any other player wishes to attack anyone else, they may do so, there are very few restrictions.

2Dab: if you want to keep someone out of AW systems, use your guns instead of chat. I hope that Phantoms can fight too. There's no law of yours that could prohibit them from entering Gamma or any other AW system, but there's no law that prohibits you from killing them. And them from killing you :)

As you can see I have every right to attack them till they leave. In this case I had no other option so I did nothing wrong. Normally I am fine with Phantoms going in Gamma for needed weapons as long as I am not on as I will attack them as I am required to through my RP. But them moving almost all of there ships into Gamma is unacceptable. Thye can't just go in there and take over without a war for the system. Their "temporary base of operations" as they call it is the same as owning that system that the base is in. Take special notice of rule number 3) in the quote. It says that the server allows free PvP in exception to the NY rule. It says I am free to attack anyone I want. He also says to use guns instead of chat. Well I tried that but after dieing repeatedly none of the Phantoms removed a single character from any of AW systems. We should be allowed to treat Phantom as any other faction. Why do they get special treatment just because they have no systems. Do any of you really think you would allow AW to do that to you if we had no systems and were pretty much in a war. No you guys would fight us until we were out of your systems just like I am doing with the Phantoms. In this case it is my only option as none of you will leave any of the Omicrons peacefully. I think we do need to make that rule of dieing 3 times and you are out of the system for 24 hours official as there is no other way to remove the Phantoms, because they feel they have the right to be anywhere and not be attacked. Guys you cannot expect to enter Gamma everyday and not be attacked repeatedly! Stop calling this harrasment. I could call the thing you guys are doing harrassment and be just as right as you. We need a little more elaborate set of rules for this kind of stuff, and removing everybody's systems isn't a solution. What system do you think I would take if I had only one system allowed anyway? The most important one with weapons, Gamma.
