Its to prevent PVP whoring, and I support that effort. Unfortunately, RP has to take one for the team.
I understand and support the "demand money before blowing up" rule, that's great.
But my question from week 1 on this mod is why prevent the demanding of cargo? This still makes no sense and that rule quote doesn't clarify.
