Background
The Corsair raid on the APM convoy caught the Guild Core off guard. Now the Corsairs are back on the radar, and the Core decides a display of force is required to teach them to steer clear. Yaren base has been identified as the source of the raiding party. In orbit of Nauru, it is also considered an immediate threat to the Guild Core's plans to colonise the planet. Any action that puts the base on the back foot is considered valuable.

The Guild Core has gathered its forces at Dabadoru, awaiting the perfect time to strike. The time is now................

The Event
A corsair raiding party returning to Yaren is intercepted by a small hunter force in Omicron Kappa. The raiding party, bringing home a large haul of Food Rations for Yaren, calls in reinforcements from Yaren to ensure the food gets through. These reinforcements are dispatched, but the Guild Core are waiting for them.

The Correo vs. VHF fight will take place in Omicron Kappa. The VHF vs. VHF fight will take place in Omicron Delta. The two fights will be kept separate.

If the Correos beat their two Mantas they get the food through to Yaren. They cannot run though, else the two Mantas facing them will simply join the other fight, and the corsairs will be outnumbered and destroyed.

This is a fight to the death. No-one runs, no-one restocks. Feeding during the fight is, of course, kosher. Last ships standing win the day. No quarter is to be given or taken by either side.
