NPC Stilettos carry and use turrets.

But the Stiletto has no turret mount.

Stilettos have a turret. All BW line fighters have a turret. Dagger, Scimitar, Stiletto, Switchblade, and Sabre. It's the defining characteristic of the ship line, along with its lower-than-average-mass.

Fixed...how.
I mean......fixed as in like Gallia fixed?

Fixed as in, all NPCs will be roughly high-end Kusari, low-end Rheinland difficulty level. So mostly using level 6-7 guns, maybe 7-8.

Gallia will also be fixed.
