Evangeline pauses for a moment before blasting out an unending, unbroken stream of accomplishments.
Ah. Well.
I've uhh... done some trading, some smuggling, some arms dealing, some blockade running, some terrorism, some blackmail, some kidnapping and ransoming - actually; the ship I came here in was given to me in exchange for a Naval officers' life and I'm not even joking - uhh...
Evangeline raises an arm and starts counting things off her fingers.
Been shot at by the Congress, the Colts, a copupl'a other Junkers, the Xenos, some Bounty Hunters...
Evangeline starts counting on the other hand, retracting fingers as she speaks.
...bunch'a Outcasts, Liberty Navy, Rheinland Military, both police forces...
She retracts two fingers at once to reflect her compound addition and upon realising she's run out of fingers, opens all of them and continues.
...some random freelancers and assorted pirates, the Hogosha and Kusari Naval forces, once at the same time, I had some Corsairs come on to me on the way down here aaaand Misaka tried to kill me when I accidentally told her I came here for a date with a Bretonian police pilot - which mind you, is only partially true. I don't expect her to show up.
Besides that I've been doing rather well. The Company is puttering along... sort of...
The main point that's been keeping my mind active lately is that I built a small underground base somewhere which I used to hide from the Congress when they were on their cycle.
Evangeline fakes a cough.
It's currently sitting abandoned though, because I somehow managed to kind of patch things up enough with the Congress that they aren't sending people out to kill me... at least none that I'm aware of.
As for the girls? Well.
Sanya keeps getting fatter and fatter. Sure, she eats _5_ times a day but are babies really meant to get that heavy that quickly?
Misaka is, aside from the occasional wifely moments, proving very capable of keeping my chain taught... except when she's asleep of course. Her co-conspirator Sakura is as loud and obnoxiously adorable as ever.
I don't know if you ever met the night shift, but those two are doing just as well as ever; hiding in the background in each others' arms like always.
Evangeline exudes a coy smile, knowing full well the information overload she's just drabbed over her listener.
