Patrol Report

I started todays patrol in the Dresden system protecting the mining operations there. While at Pirna Border Station i detected a Red Hessian pilot in a Rheinland Bomber. Either he must be a defector or somehow those pirates managed to stole one of Chancellors ships. I advise tightening the security on all Rheinland Shipyards as well as detailed security checks of all Rheinland Pilots to avoid such things in the future.
I engaged the mentioned pirate and after I inflected some damage to him the pirate decided to flee. I detected a few civilian lifepods in his cargo bay and decided to do whatever it takes to keep them from falling in the hands of those pirates. I followed the Bomber tot he pirate base where he made his final stand. After his ship exploded i tracked in the poor civilians and returned them to Bautzen station.



Returning to New Berlin i got engaged by another pirate with callsign E|-Diab|o next to the Brandenburg border station. The pirate was quickly dealt with.



Finally coming back to New Berlin I went to the barracks to eat my launch. The afternoon part of the patrol started in Dresden again. Despite combined efforts of me and private Krieger a Red Hessian pilots managed to split trough from the Frankfurt to the Dresden system. I moved to protect the trading routes trough Dresden. While flying in the trade lane near Bautzen station I detected a Red Hessian vessel nearby. We engaged in a fight but he managed to get out a word to his pirate companions because another pirate came to assist him. Outnumbered I called for the help of Privates Elyots and Krieger. After their arrival we managed to shoot down both pirates with no losses on our side.





Just as we got rid of those pirates a Corsair gunboat came into range. He was a dangerous enemy but even thought Private Krieger's ship was destroyed by a mine, our combined efforts brought the gunboat down.





Private Krieger is now recovering from his injuries at the New Berlin hospital.
