Names, characters and situations

Greetings!

I was wondering about a certain situation:

As you can name your ship after your character, there are some people who use more than one ship for this character name.
Example:
"John.Franklin" - fighter
"John:Franklin" - bomber
"John_Franklin" - transport vessel
(name is made up, don't PM me about it)

Note the difference in the punctuation.
Now, this player has made something that gets him FR5'd (reputation adjusted), will EVERY ship get the rephack?
And if not ... how should one react when he sees the very same character again?
