Jacob took the extra ammo and patted his jacket pocket to male sure the picture was there. He listened to Olga scream and sent up a silent prayer.

Then Byk yelled something. Shoving someone out before him, Jacob bailed. As he hit the ground, he heard the explosion. Cursing, Jacob racked his Vindicator. He had all is ammo, but as he checked himself, he discovered that a piece of shrapnel had sheared his forearn.

"We're off to see the wizard, the wonderful Wizard of Oz..." Jacob chuckled. Somehow he found some humor

Running, he heard the SoCred continuing its retreat. Jacob hopped down a small incline. So far, it was quiet since the attack. But killer bunnies and evil Raiders...Jacob racked his Vindicator reassuringly. Continuing on, Jacob quickly ran through chemistry. Sulfur, Charcoal, saltpeter. Satisfied, Jacob went through other stuff.

"Alyson Rachael Hawk..." Jacob felt a small spurt of energy.

Sighing, he continued his trek, until he arrived at a small settlement. Raising his weapon, he began to go through.

"Damn ghosts..." Jacob already hated JiangXi. But it wasn't the planet's fault. "If I get off this rock, I am going to take ten showers in a row...and then have alot of scotch..."

Jacob looked around at the ruins and remains. He sighed. As he moved past a relatively intact house, the door shivered.

Jacob set the Vindicator from full auto to burst and fired down. The door stopped shaking.

Jacob moved faster.

"I swear, if those Raiders killed potential dating opportunities, I am not going to be happy..." Jacob shook his head. Shallow? Maybe. Slightly spirit-lifting? Yep.

Jacob kept on running, his pack making no noise as he ran towars New Hangzhou.
