The image of a boy appeared in clown's dream once again, whispering to him.
- It is time that you wake up already... You have slept enough, Funny One...

He opened his eyes and brightness around him instantly blinded him. So he tried it again but this time everything around him was blurry. His head ached like a head of drunken man on Sunday morning spent without breakfast. As the man of many jokes lay in bed, a man dressed in white was standing next to him, one moment staring at his patient, other moment staring as some monitor which quietly beeped in all around that white room.

- Whe... Where am I? - the Clown asked while touching his carved up face, realizing he was without his war-paints. - My head is all fuzzy.
- Take it easy... erm... Mr. Joker. I'm doctor Jonathan Zebeckis and you're in the hospital aboard Corfu station.
- Tell me about irony... What happened? How did I end up here, Zeb?
- Your strange-looking sleeping chamber was suddenly picked up near our station, sir - the doctor was explaining. - It suddenly appeared out there, at a range of eleven thousand miles from a direction of Eta, simply standing on one place.
- I was suppose to be already healed - the Joker says. - What am I doing in hospital?
- Beg your pardon, sir... Already healed? - Doctor Zebeckis was obviously confused.
- Nevermind... Just bring me back my clothes, I've got work to do.
The Doctor protested.
- But you can't just leave, mister. It's against regulations.
- Tell me... Do I really look like a guy who gives a damn about regulations? - he said while trying to get up from bed.
- I don't think you understand, mister! - Doctor Zebeckis raised his voice this time - Although there's nothing apparently wrong with you... physically... We've picked up some kind of unidentified chemical running through your bloodstream. It's nothing like we've encountered before. It's...
- Save that for your science class, doc - he stopped him while the doctor was enthusiastically trying to explain. - Oh, boy... I should have bombed this station twice. Quickly, give me those white robes of yours before I stab you in the eye with this intravenous needle sticking out my arm.

Soon after, the comedian, dressed as a doctor, found himself flying a medical transport towards Barrier Gate station, Coronado. And soon after, he found himself in a garage, staring at his dusty battle-scarred gunship. His eyes got filled with twisted, sparkling light again for he truly felt as being... reborn.
