Right, a suggestion.

Until the UKMG contact the correct authorities to negotiate their rights in Dresden, the RM should not consider them to be under their protection.

They'll have to defend their mining ships from criminals (including entrepeneurial Privateers with a dislike for the IMG...) and Daumann ships that are angry at them using their fields with the UKMG only using their own fighters and gunboats for this task but nothing larger for risking of being considered an invading force by the RM.
