Katz sat back in his seat, contemplating the radical statement made my the Minister of Plenty. To do as he was asking risked a lot. After the Civil war a significant amount of equipment was damaged and destroyed. There were replacements to be made, costly investments in upgrading security measures...

Not to mention the new XKR project that would have to be delayed yet again.

He stood, walking around the table.

"There's always another option, we have something of value to trade with certain groups outside of credits, something that might give us an edge in our rebuilding..."

He tossed a pamphlet down on the table.
