Primus Lore Re-write

Anyways, as long as nobody ret-conns the Cruicible off planet, i'm down.
Actually trying to write some Corsair history/socioeconomic politcal whatever myself.

There's no Corsair goverment in lore. Council of Elders is bunch of the strongest, but they never represented all Corsairs, as far as I know. If there'd be stable goverment and Crete state, probably Corsairs'd not even be outlaws and would have working military (thus, they'd have reason for having caps too).

I missed this edit. Primus is occupied by monkey-like creatures because, even in the current lore, people mutated into those.

And the Outcasts and Corsairs have in-lore governments, so I don't know what you're referring to there.

And... errr... what's the Crucible? You may have to tell me about that.

I've added a bit to the first post, covering some of the initial settling.

As far as I know devs don't include player-based goverments. In lore, Corsairs have bunch of the strongest people "leading" them - but it doesn't mean all of Corsairs even obey them. Outcasts have the Council of Dons, which's represents interests of large drug trafficers, mostly. Still it's not goverment.

Or we can just remove Gammu and Primus since they have literally nothing to do with Freelancer lore.
