The New York system experienced catastrophe. Pounded by a syndrome gathered from a research team on Harris, this Lawls syndrome spread like wildfire until a Rheinland battleship captain named Karlotta rammed her battleship full of antimatter weapons into the sun, devesating the,New York system as the sun imploded, causing a black hole. Only Buffalo and the Rogue Destroyer Reverend Del survived. New York became iradieted, and the capitol of Liberty moved to California/Colorado/Pennsylvania.

Names can be changed, but a few shouldnt ;)
